Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addresses grievances of 200 individuals at Janata Darshan
Gorakhpur : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed officials to ensure prompt resolution of public grievances and timely assistance to victims, warning that any negligence will invite strict action. He issued these instructions during the Janata Darshan held on Sunday outside Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan at Gorakhnath Temple, where he listened to the grievances of around 200 citizens.
He said, “If there is any hindrance in resolving an individual’s issue, it must be identified and rectified promptly. In cases where complaints are deliberately delayed or kept pending at any administrative level, accountability must be fixed without fail.”
Reassuring the attendees, CM Yogi said there was no need for worry, as every issue would be resolved effectively. He directed administrative and police officials to ensure public grievances are addressed promptly, fairly, and efficiently.
In certain cases, the Chief Minister also directed officers to investigate the reasons behind the lack of administrative support, stressing that every genuine victim must be assisted without delay. He further instructed strict legal action in response to land encroachment complaints.
Responding to citizens seeking support through various welfare schemes, CM Yogi assured them that all eligible beneficiaries would receive the benefits guaranteed under government initiatives.
As in previous sessions, many citizens sought financial aid for medical treatment during the Janata Darshan. In response, CM Yogi directed officials to promptly prepare hospital estimates and submit them to the government, assuring that adequate assistance would be provided through the Chief Minister’s Discretionary Fund.
Many women, accompanied by their young children, attended the event. The Chief Minister greeted them warmly, blessed the children, and affectionately distributed chocolates.
