Telangana Government Plans 1,000-Acre Health Tourism Hub
Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced plans to establish a health tourism hub in the state. The government intends to acquire 500-1,000 acres of land near Shamshabad to develop this hub and invite major healthcare firms to set up their hospitals there. Additionally, there are plans to create a green channel from the airport to the hub.
The Chief Minister shared this information while speaking at the 24th foundation day celebration of Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute. He added that the state government will allocate land in the planned hub to Basavatarakam to expand its services. He expressed hope that the state would become a role model for the world in development and welfare.
