As part of the initiative, eight stations in Rajasthan—including Deshnok, Gogamedi, Bundi, Mandalgarh, Govindgarh, Mandawar-Mahua Road, Fatehpur Shekhawati, and Rajgarh—have been revitalized with a blend of heritage-inspired architecture and modern amenities.
At the Deshnok station, the Prime Minister flagged off the new Bikaner-Mumbai Express train, marking a significant milestone in enhancing regional connectivity. During the event, PM Modi interacted with schoolchildren, appreciated their paintings, and observed an exhibition gallery dedicated to martyrs at the station. The atmosphere echoed with chants of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” led by the enthusiastic children.
