1. Revised timings of Hate Bazare Express at Mansi Junction Station.

Railway has decided to revise the timings of 13164: Saharsa – Sealdah Hate Bazare Express at Mansi Junction over East Central Railway w.e.f. 3.6.2025. 13164 Saharsa – Sealdah Hate Bazare Express will arrive Mansi Junction station at 15:28 hrs. instead of 15:55 hrs. and will leave Mansi Junction station at 16:00 hrs. Timings of this train at all other stations will remain unchanged.

• Eastern Railway enhances passenger safety and comfort through LHB Coach Conversion in Four popular express trains.

In a steadfast commitment to passenger safety and comfort, Eastern Railway has undertaken a significant initiative to convert conventional coaches to LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches in 04 popular Express Trains. LHB coaches bring a myriad of benefits to passengers, ensuring a superior travel experience. These coaches are renowned for their increased spaciousness, upgraded passenger amenities, and enhanced comfort.

The features of LHB coaches include wider windows, providing passengers with panoramic views, and an anti-telescopic mechanism designed to prevent piercing into other coaches during unforeseen accidents. Eastern Railway’s initiative aligns with its unwavering commitment to passenger safety and reflects the organization’s dedication to fostering a hassle-free travel environment.

Keeping in view of passenger’s comfort, Railway has decided to convert two rakes of following four (04) popular express trains from conventional ICF rake to LHB rakes:

• 13155/13156 Kolkata – Sitamarhi – Kolkata Mithilanchal Express leaving Kolkata w.e.f. 05.06.2025 and leaving Sitamarhi w.e.f. 06.06.2025.

• 13157/13158 Kolkata – Muzaffarpur – Kolkata Express leaving Kolkata w.e.f. 03.06.2025 and leaving Muzaffarpur w.e.f. 04.06.2025.

• 13165/13166 Kolkata – Sitamarhi – Kolkata Express leaving Kolkata w.e.f. 07.06.2025 and leaving Sitamarhi w.e.f. 08.06.2025.

• 13159/13160 Kolkata – Jogbani – Kolkata Express leaving Kolkata w.e.f. 04.06.2025 and leaving Jogbani w.e.f. 05.06.2025.

Passengers traveling on these converted Mail / Express trains can now look forward to a journey marked by enhanced safety measures and a heightened level of comfort.
