Submit Proposal for Nagpur Sahakar Bhavan Immediately: Minister of State for Cooperation Dr. Pankaj Bhoyar

Mumbai : Minister of State for Cooperation Dr. Pankaj Bhoyar has directed that the proposal for constructing a grand Sahakar Bhavan (Cooperation Building) in Nagpur be submitted to the government immediately. He instructed officials to prepare a detailed architectural plan that envisions a beautiful and spacious structure.

A meeting regarding the proposed Sahakar Bhavan in Nagpur was held at the Ministry. It was attended by Commissioner for Cooperation Deepak Taware, Deputy Secretary of the Cooperation Department Ankush Shingade, Nagpur Divisional Deputy Registrar Dinesh Chandel, and Sub-Divisional Engineer from the Public Works Department, Avinash Guvhane, among other officials.

Dr. Bhoyar emphasized that the Sahakar Bhavan should be constructed on the land of the Bhudevelopment Bank in Ganeshpeth, Nagpur. He advised that while drafting the building plan, aspects related to its long-term maintenance and repair should be considered. He also suggested studying the designs of the Sahakar Bhavans in Pune and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to prepare a comprehensive blueprint.

Dr. Bhoyar called for immediate action and recommended full utilization of the Floor Space Index (FSI). Additionally, he instructed that a structural audit of the current building of the Bhudevelopment Bank be conducted promptly by the Public Works Department.
