Veranda’s Commerce Vertical Produces 141 CA All-India Rankers in May 2025 Exams
BB Virtuals Sweeps CA Final Top 3 Ranks for Second Year
Veranda Learning Solutions Limited (BSE: 543514, NSE: VERANDA), a listed enterprise offering end-to-end education solutions, achieved exceptional results in the CA May 2025 examinations, with a total of 141 All India Ranks across CA Final, CA Inter, and CA Foundation from its commerce vertical. This vertical includes leading brands such as BB Virtuals, JK Shah Classes, Navkar Digital Institute, Logic School of Management, and Tapasya College of Commerce and Management.
In a landmark achievement, students from BB Virtuals achieved All India Ranks 1, 2, and 3 in CA Final for the second consecutive year, reaffirming its national leadership in CA test prep:
- Rajan Kabra – AIR 1
- Nishtha Bothra – AIR 2 (also a JK Shah Classes student)
- Manav Shah – AIR 3
These achievements come despite the highly competitive nature of the CA Final exam. The pass percentages remained below 27% across all categories—Group I (22.38%), Group II (26.43%), and both groups (18.75%)—highlighting the significance of Veranda’s performance.
The success extended across other levels as well:
- BB Virtuals had 84 students in the Top 50 ranks of CA Final and 23 students in the Top 50 of CA Inter.
- JK Shah Classes delivered 7 CA Final Top 50 ranks and 18 CA Inter Top 50 ranks, with Disha Gokhru securing AIR 1 in CA Inter.
- JK Shah Classes and BB Virtuals together contributed 8 students in the Top 20 of CA Foundation, including AIR 3, 4, and 5.
Note: Several ranks were jointly held, and some students were part of both BB Virtuals and JK Shah Classes; such cases have been counted as a single result to reflect the true number of unique rankers*
These results strengthen Veranda’s standing as a trusted name in commerce test preparation. The consistent delivery of top ranks enhances brand visibility, builds aspirant trust, and reinforces the value of Veranda’s multi-brand, outcome-driven approach to professional education.
Prof. J.K. Shah, Founder of JK Shah Classes, was pleased at the students’ performance. “This is a moment of immense pride for the entire Veranda commerce family. My heartfelt congratulations to our students, especially Disha Gokhru for securing AIR 1 in CA Inter. I also applaud the stellar results from BB Virtuals and Navkar Digital. This kind of success is only possible when passionate educators come together with motivated learners under one unified vision,” he said.
Bhanwar Borana, Founder of BB Virtuals, was ecstatic while speaking about the results: “To see all three top ranks in CA Final coming from BB Virtuals is a dream come true. It reinforces our belief that with the right strategy, conceptual clarity, and mentoring, students can truly achieve greatness. I congratulate Rajan, Nishtha, and Manav on this fantastic feat.”
“Having 141 of our students secure All India Ranks across CA Final, Inter, and Foundation reflects our continued focus on quality instruction, personalised mentorship, and student-centric outcomes. Congratulations to all our toppers and the teams across our institutions for nurturing the next generation of finance professionals,” said Suresh Kalpathi, Executive Director and Chairman of Veranda Learning Solutions.
The toppers themselves credited their support systems for their success. Rajan Kabra, AIR 1 in CA Final, said: “This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the consistent guidance from BB (Bhanwar Borana) sir. The conceptual clarity and best study material gave me the edge I needed to crack the exam.”
