CM Dr. Yadav Meets Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum In Dubai

MP Emerging as Aviation And Logistic Hub

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav during his Dubai visit held an important meeting with Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Emirates Airlines and Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. The meeting proved to be a significant step towards strengthening aviation relations between Madhya Pradesh and UAE.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that there is good potential in air ambulance flight sector. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, work being done in aviation in Madhya Pradesh is also receiving a willingness for cooperation from Dubai.

Agreement On Proposal For Regional Cargo Hub

The meeting primarily discussed starting direct flight services from Indore and Bhopal cities to Dubai. Agreement was also reached on the proposal to establish a regional cargo hub in Central India. Positive discussions were also held on joint investment in aviation training and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) infrastructure, and on establishing training institutions. Serious discussions also took place on promoting inbound tourism in the state and establishing a campus of Emirates Aviation Academy. This is an important step toward making Madhya Pradesh a major aviation and logistics hub of India, which will give new flight to the state’s economic and industrial development.

CM Dr. Yadav’s Interaction With Media

After the meeting, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with the media in Dubai and said that from this morning, discussions have started with investors and industrialists. First, there was detailed discussion with our Consul General and officials of the Embassy. He said that there is good potential in air ambulance flight sector. The work being done in aviation in Madhya Pradesh is generating cooperation and positive in Dubai.

Our government is seriously deliberating on how to facilitate doing business abroad and in which sectors government can engage in business. Madhya Pradesh has mines, industries, and food parks. Discussions were held with investors regarding various sectors. In one-to-one meetings too, there were good and positive conversations with investors.

During meetings, suggestions were received in wellness, health, energy, and service sectors. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that investors from Dubai have shown interest in investing in various sectors in Madhya Pradesh, including gold and diamond mining.
