WAPCOS Shines with Double-Digit Growth, Strengthens India’s Global Engineering Presence

Registers ₹1,680 Cr Turnover and ₹95 Cr Profit Before Tax; Expands Operations in CIS Nations

New Delhi : WAPCOS Limited, a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India, has reported stellar performance in the financial year 2024–25, demonstrating its robust capabilities both domestically and globally. According to unaudited figures, the company recorded a turnover of ₹1,680 crore, marking a 9.8% growth, and a profit before tax of ₹95 crore, reflecting a 20.44% increase over the previous year.

The company also secured new projects worth ₹3,354 crore during the year—13.46% higher than the previous fiscal—taking its total order book to an impressive ₹13,750 crore as of March 31, 2025.

Expanding Global Footprint

While WAPCOS continues to play a crucial role in India’s water, energy, and infrastructure sectors, it is also expanding its reach across the Global South. The company has successfully implemented engineering projects in South Asia and Africa and made significant inroads this year into CIS countries, including Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. These achievements further reinforce India’s reputation as a trusted engineering partner worldwide.
