Surajpur District Gets DIET Institute: A Historic Step in Education Thanks to Minister Lakshmi Rajwade’s Efforts; CM Vishnu Deo Sai Acknowledged

Raipur, Aug 25 : Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh has achieved a major milestone in the field of education. The state government has approved the establishment of a District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) in Surajpur. This decision is being seen as a significant move to strengthen the district’s teaching community and educational infrastructure.

Women & Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Lakshmi Rajwade expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai for the approval. She stated that under the leadership of CM Sai, this step will accelerate ongoing reforms and structural development in the education sector in Surajpur. The establishment of DIET aligns with the state government’s policy to empower every district with high-quality educational institutions.

Quality Teacher Training at the Local Level

With the DIET set up in Surajpur, local teachers will no longer need to travel to other districts for training. High-quality training and academic resources will now be available locally, leading to a significant improvement in teaching standards. Construction Work to Begin Soon

According to the Education Department and district administration, suitable land for the DIET building has already been identified, and necessary procedures are underway. Construction work is expected to begin shortly.
