Patriotic Spirit Resonates in ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign – Bihan Didis Lead Tricolour Rally

Raipur, Aug 2025 – As part of the 79th Independence Day celebrations and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is being enthusiastically observed across Chhattisgarh from 2 to 15 August. Women from Bihan self-help groups in rural areas are playing a leading role in the initiative.

In Sakti district, responding to the call of Collector Shri Amrit Vikas Topno and District Panchayat CEO Shri Vasu Jain, Bihan group members actively participated. In Jetha Gram Panchayat of Sakti Block, women organised a tricolour rally to encourage people to join the campaign.

The participants emphasised that this campaign is not merely about hoisting the national flag, but about strengthening the spirit of patriotism, national pride, and civic responsibility. Alongside local public representatives, the rally carried the message “Har Ghar Tiranga – Wave it with Pride” to the masses.

The Bihan group women resolved to travel from village to village, motivating citizens to take part in the national festival so that the tradition of hoisting the tricolour becomes a people’s movement. They stressed that the tricolour is not just a flag, but a priceless legacy of freedom and sacrifice, which should be displayed with honour and pride on every home.
