Aug 2025 : Chief Minister and Chairman of Jan Abhiyan Parishad, Dr. Mohan Yadav, said that ‘Swadeshi’ products are not merely commodities, but symbols of India’s national identity, heritage, and pride. He added that the ‘Vocal for Local’ campaign launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has carried forward this very spirit of Indian self-reliance. CM Dr. Yadav said that indigenous products are not only stronger, more affordable, and of higher quality than foreign goods, but also provide greater benefits when purchased. He made an earnest appeal to the citizens of Madhya Pradesh to use ‘Swadeshi’ products themselves and inspire others to do the same, as this love for the nation will strengthen the economy. He remarked, “The spirit of ‘Swadeshi’ is the true path of national service”.

The Chief Minister was addressing a state-level seminar on ‘Self-reliance through Swadeshi’ at Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Center, jointly organised by Jan Abhiyan Parishad and Swadeshi Jagran Manch.
