Education & Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar Visits Bhilwara; Stresses Joint Efforts for Environmental Protection
Jaipur, Aug 2025 : Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Shri Madan Dilawar was on a one-day visit to Bhilwara district on Saturday. He attended the inaugural session of the Suvichar Abhiyan Seminar at RCM World, where he emphasized that joint efforts of government and society are essential for environmental protection.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Dilawar said India is a village-centric system and villages form the foundation of an ideal society. He observed that industrialization is weakening the traditional village system, and stressed the need to maintain a balance between nature and science, while also highlighting the importance of preserving India’s diverse climate.
He underlined the necessity of planting more trees to restore environmental balance.
District Collector Shri Jasmeet Singh Sandhu also shared his views on the sustainable use of water, forests, and land. He discussed ongoing development works in the district under MGNREGA and the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana.
Later, Shri Dilawar interacted with education officers in a session organized by the Education Department at the Municipal Corporation auditorium. He described teachers as the pillars responsible for shaping responsible citizens, stressing that the future of the coming generations lies in their hands. He urged every officer and teacher to perform their duties with discipline, warning that negligence would not be tolerated.
During the session, Shri Dilawar invited ideas from principals and teachers on innovative practices. District Education Officer Smt. Aruna Garu presented the district’s achievements in education, while Dr. Kalpana Agrawal highlighted quality outcomes from departmental innovations through a PPT presentation.
