Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handed over allotment letters to 17 investors

Investors shared the story of a transformed Uttar Pradesh from the stage, saying the state is the best destination for investment

Lucknow, May 2026 : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath handed over land allotment letters to 17 investors under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). CM Yogi congratulated the investors on the fresh momentum being generated in investment, employment, and industrial activities in the state. The investors, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister.

Adityanath as the architect of modern Uttar Pradesh. He said, “The world-class development visible today is the result of the Chief Minister’s determined efforts to rebuild the state over the past decade. There is no environment more favorable for industry than Uttar Pradesh, calling it the best place for investment and investor capital.”

He added, “Industries require speed, transparency, and strong basic infrastructure, all of which are available in the state.”

Referring to the latest technology, he remarked that the facilities developed by the authority near Jewar Airport are unmatched, saying that even China does not currently offer such infrastructure. He called the land allotment a matter of privilege and said their company would strive to ensure 40-50 percent participation of women in the unit. He also announced plans to establish a Centre of Excellence and work towards making Uttar Pradesh a leader in solar energy.

SK Mahajan said, “The Chief Minister has created infrastructure that enables industries to be established with ease. Over the past five years, I received three allotment letters and successfully converted them into industrial units.” He described Uttar Pradesh as having an excellent environment for doing business.

He said, “Problems rarely arise, and even when they do, they are resolved efficiently.”

Recalling the Covid lockdown period, he said, “While the world was shutting down, the Chief Minister was still encouraging industrial investment.”

He shared that on April 24, 2020, he received a phone call from Lucknow asking whether he wanted to establish an industry, and by May 5, 2020, he had received the allotment letter.

Mahajan added, “My industries are currently providing employment to 500 people, while another factory in Greater Noida has generated jobs for 250 people.”

He credited the Uttar Pradesh government for creating a highly positive business environment.
