Both batsmen kept the required rate in check before Rohit departed, leaving captain Suryakumar Yadav to finish the job. Together with Tilak Verma, he guided India home with confidence, sealing victory by 7 wickets with overs to spare.

Speaking after the win, India captain Suryakumar Yadav praised the team’s all-round effort. “We played as a unit today. The bowlers set the tone early, and the batsmen carried it through. It’s a big win in the context of the tournament.”

Pakistan skipper Salman Ali Agha admitted his side fell short. “We didn’t capitalize with the bat and gave away early momentum. Credit to India for their disciplined performance. We’ll regroup and come back stronger.”
