“Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan 2025” Launched in Jaipur
Jaipur, Sept 2025 : The “Swachhata Hi Seva Abhiyan – 2025” was launched on Wednesday in the auditorium of the Jaipur Zila Parishad in the presence of its officials.
On this occasion, Additional Chief Executive Officer Shri Sher Singh Luhadia shared details about the objectives, importance, and activities to be undertaken under the campaign. He explained that cleanliness is not limited to sanitation alone but forms the foundation of health, environmental protection, and community development.
He further informed that under the campaign, awareness is being spread against the use of single-use plastic and in favor of protecting the environment. As part of the event, women from self-help groups, who had successfully implemented projects operated by MGNREGA as a pilot initiative, were felicitated.
During the program, the officials and employees present took the cleanliness pledge and resolved to contribute to building a plastic-free India. In conclusion, a cleanliness rally was organized, which saw participation from students, voluntary organizations, and citizens.
