Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami Flags Off ‘Namo Yuva Run’ in Dehradun

Sept 2025 : Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami flagged off the ‘Namo Yuva Run’ organized under the ‘Seva Pakhwada’ program at Ghantaghar, Dehradun, on Sunday.

On this occasion, he also joined the run with participants to encourage the youth. The Chief Minister said that the ‘Namo Yuva Run’ is not just a sports event, but a symbol of energy, health, discipline, and patriotism among the youth. He added that such activities are giving new direction and broader public participation to the ‘Fit India Movement’ launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

The Chief Minister called upon the youth present to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle and ensure their contribution to nation-building. He said that, inspired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the spirit of service, dedication, and public welfare is gaining new momentum across the country, and through ‘Seva Pakhwada’ every section of society is getting the opportunity to make a positive contribution. The Chief Minister further said that such events channel the energy of the youth in a more meaningful way for the nation’s interest.

On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Shri Ganesh Joshi, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP State President Shri Mahendra Bhatt, Rajya Sabha MP Shri Naresh Bansal, MLA Shri Khajan Das, other public representatives, program convener Shri Vipul Maidoli, co-convener Shri Devendra Bisht, and others were present.
