Girase and Alai Families Extend Support to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund
Nashik, Oct 2025 : In a gesture of compassion towards farmers affected by heavy rains and floods, Dr. Digpal Girase and Mayur Alai’s families from Nashik handed over cheques of ₹51,000 and ₹51,111 respectively to Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at Ozar Airport on Friday, contributing to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Chief Minister Fadnavis appreciated the noble gesture of the Girase and Alai families for their contribution. Present on the occasion were Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule; Dr. Girase’s wife Shubhangi Girase and their children Advaika and Kiyansh; as well as Mayur Alai’s wife Priyanka Alai and their children Aarohi and Aarav.
The Chief Minister expressed gratitude, noting that such heartfelt contributions greatly strengthen efforts to support those in distress.
Dr. Girase mentioned that his children had expressed a wish to donate to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund instead of spending money on Diwali celebrations this year. Honouring their sentiment, the donation cheque was presented to the Chief Minister today.
