Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar Receives a Cheque of ₹11 Lakh for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund Rajarshi Shahu Cooperative Bank Takes Initiative to Help Flood Victims

Pune, Oct 2025 : Deputy Chief Minister and District Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar received a cheque of ₹11 lakh from Rajarshi Shahu Cooperative Bank towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The contribution was made to support flood-affected citizens, and the Deputy Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the bank’s board of directors for their initiative.

On this occasion, Shantaram Dhankawade, Chairman of Rajarshi Shahu Cooperative Bank, Kamal Vyavahare, Vice-Chairperson, members of the Board of Directors, and Balasaheb Doiphode, Chief Executive Officer, were present.

Due to heavy rainfall in several districts of the state, there has been widespread damage, and the state government is working diligently to restore normalcy in the affected areas. People and organizations from various sectors have come forward generously to extend assistance to the flood victims.

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar appealed to citizens, social organizations, and institutions to continue contributing generously to support the ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts for those affected by the floods.
