Chief Minister holds review meeting regarding the development works and law and order in Ayodhya

Ayodhya : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on Tuesday, emphasized that officers should work in coordination with public representatives and district residents, addressing issues through dialogue and cooperation.

During a review meeting held in the Commissioner’s Auditorium to discuss the development works and law and order in Ayodhya, the Chief Minister instructed to ensure a 24-hour power supply in both urban and rural areas of Ayodhya. He also instructed that any complaints regarding damaged or malfunctioning transformers be addressed promptly.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the concerns of public representatives during the meeting. Rudauli MLA raised issues regarding the construction of the Ayurvedic Medical College and the operation of ITI Mawai. In response, the Chief Minister instructed officials from the relevant departments, including the Commissioner and District Magistrate, to take the necessary action.

Regarding vehicle parking issues, CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized that existing parking spaces should be utilized to their full capacity. He also suggested making arrangements for temporary parking during fairs and festivals if needed.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized that efforts should be made to minimize walking for devotees, saints, and visitors in Ayodhya. He directed that arrangements for e-carts, e-buses, and other transportation options be enhanced to ensure convenience.

He also directed that the traffic system be enhanced by dividing it into routes and color-coded sections to better manage flow.

Additionally, CM Yogi instructed that the traditional methods be used for renovating water reservoirs (kunds) and that efforts be made to keep the water pure through proper purification.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath instructed officials to prepare a proposal for designating land for a hospital and trauma center in Ayodhya, aiming to provide emergency medical services within the city. He also directed that employment-oriented programs be organized across various industries to boost job creation.

Furthermore, CM Yogi Adityanath emphasized the need for regular inspections of work quality by departments, including tourism. He stressed that all implementing agencies must complete their projects within the set deadlines.

During a review of the Revenue Department, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that no private workers should be employed in government offices such as Revenue or Police stations. He warned of strict punitive action against any violations.

The Chief Minister emphasized the need for daily reviews of revenue disputes at the district level and instructed that complaints received at police stations be regularly reviewed by higher officials. He also directed the District Magistrate to ensure that revenue disputes are settled by consistently coordinating with Additional District Magistrates and Sub-District Magistrates.

He emphasized that roads being worked on by Jal Nigam, PWD, Municipal Corporation, Development Authority, and other agencies should be regularly inspected by the administration.

CM Yogi Adityanath launches Green Fund logo

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath unveiled the Green Fund logo by the Ayodhya Development Authority and the website for the Ayodhya Ji Teerth Kshetra Vikas Parishad. He also presented a certificate to the 1000th home stay in Ayodhya.

Commissioner provides update on district development projects

Commissioner Gaurav Dayal reported that there are 241 active projects in the district with a total cost of Rs 31,153.19 crores, involving 38 executive departments. Of these, 103 projects are primary schemes with a budget of Rs 22,321.12 crores, managed by 30 executive departments.

The commissioner detailed ongoing development efforts in Ayodhya, including the Panchkosi, 14 Kosi Parikrama Marg, and various road widening and expansion projects.

Agriculture Minister and District Incharge Suryapratap Shahi, Mayor Mahant Girishpati Tripathi, District Panchayat President Roli Singh, MLA Sadar Ved Prakash Gupta, MLA Bikapur Dr. Amit Singh Chauhan, MLA Rudauli Ramchandra Yadav, along with numerous other public representatives and officials, were present at the meeting.
