Accelerates MoU Implementation: Chief Secretary V. Srinivas Reviews Progress of RRGIS’24 Commitments

Nov 2025 : Chief Secretary V. Srinivas chaired a high-level review meeting on friday to assess the progress of investment commitments made during the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024 (RRGIS’24).

Highlighting the state’s strong investment climate, the Chief Secretary noted that Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹7 lakh crore have already been grounded, reflecting growing investor confidence in Rajasthan’s business ecosystem.

Chief Secretary V Srinivas, said, “Regular follow-ups with investors, proactive engagement, and transparent processes are vital to accelerating MoU implementation. He also directed departments to resolve pending issues on priority and ensure swift groundbreaking of projects.” 

Chief Secretary also underlined his deep understanding of the mechanisms involved in MoU implementation and project groundbreaking, reinforcing the importance of structured monitoring and timely execution.

Looking ahead, Chief Secretary urged departments to maintain momentum and work collectively to achieve the milestone of grounding MoUs set by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri. Bhajan Lal Sharma. He stressed that timely facilitation, coordinated efforts, and quick resolution of investor concerns are essential to realizing Rajasthan’s vision of sustained industrial growth and large-scale job creation.

The meeting was attended by senior officials including Shri Kuldeep Ranka, ACS, Higher Technical Education, Shri Alok Gupta, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce, Shri Ajitabh Sharma, Principal Secretary, Energy, Shri Dinesh Kumar, Principal Secretary, Revenue, Smt. Gayatri Rathore, Principal Secretary, Medical & Health, Shri T. Ravikanth, Principal Secretary, Mines & Petroleum, Shri Subir Kumar, Principal Secretary, Ayush, Shri Suresh Kumar Ola, Commissioner, Bureau of Investment Promotion along with other senior government officials and representatives.
