CM Sharma Discusses Farmers & Livestock Welfare with Union Minister in Delhi
Jaipur, Dec 2025 : Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma held a significant meeting on Tuesday in New Delhi with Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, and Panchayati Raj Shri Rajeev Ranjan Singh. The discussion focused on key issues related to the welfare of Rajasthan’s farmers and livestock rearers, as well as the state’s overall development. Both leaders also reviewed the progress of central schemes and ways to accelerate the development journey of Panchayati Raj institutions. During the meeting, Shri Sharma expressed gratitude to the Union Minister for supporting the establishment of Atal Knowledge Centers in the state.
After the meeting, the Chief Minister told reporters that Rajasthan’s double-engine government is committed to rapid development. He highlighted that the state government is taking proactive steps to promote camel milk and its products in national and international markets, providing a stronger foundation for the state’s economy.
Shri Sharma also noted that various initiatives are underway to boost the livestock and dairy sectors. Both the central and state governments are implementing policies to increase farmers’ incomes, promote welfare for the poor, and consistently make people-centric decisions.
