Contribute to the Welfare of Soldiers by Expressing Gratitude on Armed Forces Flag Day (7 December): Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma

Jaipur, December 2025 : On the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day (7 December), Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma on Friday received a symbolic flag (badge) from Soldier Welfare Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore at the Chief Minister’s residence. The Chief Minister also made an online contribution for the welfare of soldiers and their families.

On this occasion, Shri Sharma extended advance greetings for Armed Forces Flag Day and said that this day is observed as a mark of respect for the soldiers of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. He stated that it is a day to express gratitude to the brave soldiers who dedicate their entire lives for the unity and integrity of the nation.

The Chief Minister said that it is the duty of every citizen to express admiration for the dedication, sacrifice, and service to the nation shown by the armed forces personnel. He appealed to the people of the state to pledge generous contributions toward the welfare of brave soldiers as a mark of respect for them.

On this occasion, Director of the Soldier Welfare Department Brigadier Virendra Singh Rathore and officials from the Chief Minister’s Office were also present.
