He added that medicines and other necessary materials have been arranged for these clinics and dispensaries.

Referring to the great sacrifice of Chhote Sahibzadas Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh, sons of Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Chief Minister said that their unparalleled sacrifice to protect the human right to follow religion according to conscience is a unique event in human history. He noted that in Sikh history, this sacrifice is remembered as “Big Sacrifice of Small Lives.” Though more than three centuries have passed, the pain is still deeply felt by the entire Sikh community.

The Chief Minister further said that the Punjab Government will start an “Inter-City Shuttle Bus Service” to provide free travel within the city during Shaheedi Sabha, with 200 shuttle buses and 100 e-rickshaws deployed for the devotees. These buses and e-rickshaws will take visitors from parking areas to the Gurudwara Sahib and other sites.

To streamline traffic, the services of Google Company have been engaged to provide accurate traffic updates on roads leading to Fatehgarh Sahib, allowing alternative arrangements in case of congestion. He added that five large and sixteen small parking areas have been created for vehicle parking.

Regarding security arrangements, the Chief Minister said that over 3,300 police personnel will be deployed to assist the devotees. An Integrated Police Control Center has been set up, with a special helpline number 0176-3232838 for devotees. 300 CCTV cameras will be installed at major city locations to monitor anti-social elements, and drones will oversee the city like vultures. He stated that arrangements for the congregation are the government’s highest duty, and no effort will be spared. The government will fully support the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee for any requests related to the convenience of devotees.

Referring to notifications granting Amritsar (Walled City), Talwandi Sabo, and Shri Anandpur Sahib the status of holy cities, the Chief Minister said this fulfilled a long-standing demand of Sikhs worldwide. These cities were declared holy on the 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji.

Commenting on Delhi’s severe pollution issue, the Chief Minister criticized the BJP government, saying that Punjab’s air quality index (AQI 70-110) is far better than Delhi (AQI 500).
