Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav Holds Public Hearing in Alwar, Directs Quick Redressal of 534 Grievances
Jaipur, January 2026: Union Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Shri Bhupendra Yadav, held a public hearing at his office in Hasan Khan Mewat Nagar, Alwar, on Friday to listen to citizens’ grievances and instructed officials to ensure their prompt resolution. During the hearing, a total of 534 grievances were received, and the Minister took detailed feedback on each issue.
Shri Yadav extended New Year greetings and emphasized that, as part of Alwar’s holistic development, public hearings serve as an effective platform for resolving citizens’ issues quickly. He also assured that residents can approach his office anytime with their concerns. The main grievances raised included issues related to drinking water, electricity, roads, playgrounds, transfers, land allotments, and police matters. The Minister directed the concerned officials to ensure high-quality and swift resolution of all complaints.
A delegation informed him about inconveniences faced by pilgrims visiting Shri Khatushyam Ji due to ongoing work on NH-248A (Natni Baran to Dhaiperi). Shri Yadav instructed the Executive Engineer of NHAI PWD via phone to fill the road sides with soil to ensure smooth passage for pilgrims.
Residents requested that the Golden Jubilee Capital Express at Alwar Railway Station and the stops of Malakhera Express, Ranikhet Express, Barmer Superfast, and Chambal Express be extended up to Hanumangarh. Shri Yadav assured that he would take this up with the Railway Minister for positive action. Villagers of Ukeri in Reni Tehsil requested construction of a black-topped road from Dugawali Kothi to Tudiyana Malibagh, while residents of Bera village in Akbarpur Range, Sariska, sought immediate rehabilitation. The Minister directed the concerned authorities to take prompt action.
Other requests included construction of classrooms and an e-library at Mahatma Gandhi Government Higher Secondary School, Alwar, and completion of land donation formalities for a playground at Government Commerce College, Alwar, along with development of the playground and running track. Shri Yadav instructed officials to act accordingly.
Additionally, in response to local demands, he announced development of a sports ground into a stadium in Shahjahanpur with a budget of ₹4 crore to promote sports, construction of a boundary wall around the school playground using MP fund, and approved construction of the Burdaod-MDR road.
The public hearing was attended by Ramgarh MLA Shri Sukhwant Singh, District Head Shri Balveer Chillar, former MLA Shri Jayram Jatav, Dairy Chairman Shri Nitin Sangwan, Shri Ashok Gupta, Shri Mahasingh Chaudhary, Shri Rajendra Gandura, and a large number of citizens.
