On Wednesday, Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy had the honor of inaugurating the state-of-the-art Cognizant campus at Kokapet in Hyderabad. I, along with an official delegation from the state, have just returned from a successful tour of the USA and South Korea. This tour was pivotal in meeting with global business leaders and corporate giants who have shown immense interest in investing in Telangana, particularly in Hyderabad. The outcome of this engagement has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am pleased to announce that during this visit alone, Telangana has secured a record-breaking investment of Rs 31,500 crore. This will not only bolster our state’s economy but also create over 30,750 new job opportunities for our people. We are in the process of finalizing additional agreements that will further strengthen our economic landscape. To facilitate and sustain this momentum, the government will soon establish an investor task force dedicated to holding regular meetings and ensuring continuous investment flow into the state.

Vision for Telangana: The Future State

Our vision for Telangana is encapsulated in what we proudly call the “Future State,” a concept that envisions three concentric rings of development. The first ring encompasses the core urban area of Hyderabad, already recognized as a thriving metropolis. The third and outermost ring covers the rural areas of Telangana, which lie beyond the regional ring road.
