We Aim to Make Madhya Pradesh Prosperous and Strong: CM Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the entire country is immersed in the enthusiasm, joy and fervour of Independence Day. The Tricolour is visible everywhere, and the nation is remembering the freedom fighters who made the supreme sacrifice for India’s Independence. Independent India took shape through their courage and valour. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is demonstrating its capabilities before the world. Today, India is recognised as the world’s youngest and one of the fastest-growing countries. Prime Minister Shri Modi is committed to the welfare of all sections of society.

The State Government is working for the welfare of every section, including the poor, farmers, youth and women. Special emphasis is being laid on industrial development to drive prosperity in the State, while employment opportunities are being created for the youth. The growth of industry, trade and employment will bring prosperity to the State and enable Madhya Pradesh to contribute to the building of a developed India. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said the State Government is working with the goal of making Madhya Pradesh prosperous and strong.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the State is set to receive two Metropolitan Cities encompassing areas around Bhopal and Indore. Bhopal will be developed as a Metropolitan City by integrating six districts,which will further enhance the stature and prestige of the State capital. The Chief Minister was addressing a large Tiranga Yatra organised in theBhopal South-WestAssembly Constituency at Shaurya Smarak Tiraha. He flagged off the rally. MLA Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani was also present.

Hope that India’s Cultural Continuum Becomes One Again

‘Vibhajan Vibheeshika’ Day, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav paid homage to the personalities who dedicated everything to the nation while recalling the struggles and suffering of the past. He said that Partition forced a large number of Sikh-Punjabi and Sindhi families to leave behind their homes, land and property. They made this sacrifice to preserve their Sanatan culture and protect their faith. This was a direct manifestation of their love and devotion towards Bharat Mata. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said,It is our hope that this cultural continuum becomes one gain.”He extended Independence Day greetings to the people of the State.

Former Union Minister Shri Suresh Pachouri, along with several public representatives, police officers and personnel, youth and local residents, attended the programme. A large number of women, youth and senior citizens participated in the Tiranga Yatra carrying the national flag. The atmosphere reverberated with patriotic songs and slogans ofBharat Mata Ki Jaias the Tiranga Yatra proceeded towards Bharat Mata Chauraha (Depo Chauraha).
