“KTR Leads Charge at Charminar: Opposes Removal from Telangana Emblem, Vows Protest”
BRS Working President KT Rama Rao visited Charminar on Thursday to oppose the Telangana government’s new state emblem. Former Deputy Speaker of the Telangana Legislative Assembly T Padma Rao, MLA M Gopinath, and BRS leaders Ponnala Lakshmaiah, Abdula Sohail, Mir Inayath Ali Baqri, Gelle Srinivas Yadav, BRS GHMC Coordinator Mir Qurram Ali, and other prominent leaders were also present. KTR condemned the government’s decision to remove Charminar and Kakatiya Kala Thoranam from the state emblem, stating that a protest would be launched in Telangana if the decision is not withdrawn.
