School girls tie Rakhi to Governor Shri Patel

Girls from Bhopal’s Hema Higher Secondary School tied rakhis to Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel at Raj Bhavan. The Governor warmly welcomed the students, accepted the rakhis, and blessed them with gifts. Members of the school management were also present on the occasion.
