Coriander Traders’ Delegation Meets Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma
Jaipur, February 2026 : A delegation of coriander traders from Ramganj Mandi met Bhajan Lal Sharma on Thursday at the Chief Minister’s Office. During the meeting, the delegation shared suggestions related to safeguarding the interests of coriander-growing farmers, strengthening the marketing system, and issues concerning market (mandi) fees.
The Chief Minister stated that the state government is committed to increasing farmers’ income, facilitating agricultural trade, and making agricultural markets more robust and modern. He emphasized that the government’s objective is to strengthen the agriculture-based economy by providing maximum facilities to farmers and traders associated with the sector. He directed officials to conduct a proper assessment and examination of the suggestions submitted by the delegation.
Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office) Akhil Arora, Principal Secretary (Agriculture & Horticulture) Manju Rajpal, and other concerned officials were present during the meeting.
