The proposal also includes Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presenting the strategy to make Uttar Pradesh a leading state in defence production and aerospace sector. B2G and B2B interactions among stakeholders will also be organized during the event to establish direct communication between industry and government.

Key points to be presented during the conclave include strategic location, connectivity and availability of industrial land, skilled workforce and testing facilities, fiscal incentives and research & development support, single-window system and streamlined grant system, collaboration with DPSUs and research institutions, and defence manufacturing capabilities.

According to the proposed list, senior officials from the Ministry of Defence and Government of India, senior officials of the Uttar Pradesh government, defence public sector units like HAL, BEL and BEML, and major companies like Tata, Adani, Boeing, Airbus and Lockheed Martin will be invited to the event. Apart from this, industry associations and agencies like DRDO, NAL and BIS will also participate.
