MLA Neeraj Bora Interacts with Citizens, Highlights Centre’s Achievements During Outreach Campaign

Lucknow, June 2026 : As part of a special public outreach campaign, MLA Dr. Neeraj Bora interacted with prominent citizens and senior residents across various localities of the Lucknow North Assembly constituency, while highlighting the achievements and welfare initiatives of the Central and Uttar Pradesh governments.

The outreach programme was organised in Sector-D and Sector-C of the Jaishankar Prasad Ward, as well as Sector-A on Sitapur Road under the Bharatendu Harishchandra Ward. During the campaign, Dr. Bora established direct communication with residents and felicitated distinguished members of the community.

Addressing the gatherings, Dr. Bora shared information about various public welfare schemes, development initiatives and achievements of both the Central and state governments. He said that the government remains committed to the ideals of service, good governance and welfare of the poor, ensuring that the benefits of various schemes reach the last person in society.

He emphasized that the government is working with dedication to bring inclusive development and improve the quality of life for citizens across all sections of society.

Residents participating in the programme also shared their suggestions, views and expectations regarding local development and public services.

As part of the campaign, Dr. Neeraj Bora, along with BJP office-bearers, first conducted a public outreach programme in Aliganj Sector-D under the Jaishankar Prasad Ward. At the residence of senior citizen Santosh Shukla, distinguished guests were honoured with traditional shawls and literature highlighting government initiatives.

Subsequently, separate meetings were held in Sector-C at the residences of Santosh Mishra, P.K. Seth and Jayakrishna Agarwal. The gatherings witnessed participation from several eminent citizens and local residents. Corporator Swadesh Singh and Mandal President Chandrashekhar Gupta were among those present on the occasion.

Under North Mandal-5, another programme was organised in Sector-A of the Sitapur Road Scheme area, where senior citizens were felicitated and informed about the government’s developmental achievements and welfare programmes.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Bora reiterated that public participation is essential for effective governance and sustainable development. He said such outreach initiatives help strengthen the bond between elected representatives and citizens while ensuring that people’s concerns are addressed promptly.

Local senior citizens, along with Mandal President Sanjay Tiwari, Corporator Man Singh Yadav and several other party workers and residents, were present during the programme. The campaign aimed to promote awareness about government initiatives while fostering greater engagement with the community.
