Sisters, the Smiles on Youths’ Faces are the True Measure of Government Schemes’ Success – Guardian Minister Anil Patil

Nandurbar : Upon arriving in Nandurbar today, I was deeply moved by the warm welcome from the beneficiaries of the ‘Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana’ and the ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushalya Training Yojana.’ As a representative of the government, seeing the smiles on the faces of sisters and youths is the true testament to the success of these schemes. This was asserted by District Guardian Minister and State Disaster Control, Relief, and Rehabilitation Minister Anil Patil.

He was speaking at the launch of the Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana and the order distribution for the Chief Minister Youth Skill Training Scheme, organized today at Chhatrapati Shivaji Natyamandir in the city. Tribal Development Minister Dr. Vijayakumar Gavit, Zilla Parishad President Supriya Gavit, MLA Amsha Padvi, former MP Dr. Hina Gavit, Ratan Padvi, Abhijit More, Collector Dhananjay Gogte, and other dignitaries were present.

On this occasion, Guardian Minister Shri. Patil stated that to achieve financial independence for women, improve their health and nutrition, and strengthen their decisive role in the family, funds have been deposited in the accounts of over 2,61,997 women under the ‘Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin’ scheme since August 14. The funds for July and August will be fully disbursed by Rakshabandhan on August 19. Additionally, three free gas cylinders per year will be provided to these women under the ‘Mukhya Mantri Annapurna’ scheme, and 2,70,099 ration cardholders will receive Ananda ration during the upcoming Gauri-Ganpati festival.

The first installment of Rs. 5,000 has been deposited in the bank accounts of 1,000 girls under the ‘Lek Ladki’ scheme, which is aimed at empowering girls. The ‘Chief Minister Youth Work Training’ scheme, launched to provide practical work experience for youth in both private and government establishments, will benefit 2,000 candidates in its first phase, with 617 already engaged. Today, 63 appointment orders were distributed on a representative basis.

The ‘Mukhyamantri Tirtha Darshan Yojana’ has been launched to provide free visits/darshan to senior citizens of all religions who are 60 years of age or above. Additionally, the ‘Mukhya Mantri Vyoshree Yojana’ offers 100 percent financial assistance to senior citizens aged 65 years and above. Guardian Minister Anil Patil assured that under this scheme, disabled and infirm senior citizens below the poverty line will be able to purchase assistive devices and equipment suited to their needs. He emphasized that these schemes are inclusive and designed to ensure that no citizen in the district is deprived of their benefits.

Chief Minister’s Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana, Chief Minister’s Yuva Karya Training Yojana, Chief Minister’s Annapurna Yojana, Free Higher Education Scheme for Girls, Chief Minister’s Thirthakshetra Darshan Yojana, and Chief Minister’s Baliraja Power Concession Yojana are all ambitious schemes launched by the state government. The district administration has prioritized the implementation of these schemes. In his introduction, Collector Dhananjay Gogte urged that the maximum number of beneficiaries should take advantage of these programs.

Representative Benefits Provided to Six Beneficiary Sisters

On this occasion, checks were distributed in a representative form to six beneficiary women under the Chief Minister’s Ladki Bahin Yojana. These beneficiaries—Savitri Subhash Padavi, Nandita Ukhaji Vasawe, Aruna Sharad Rathod, Poonam Krishna Bagul, Usha Sudam Bhil, and Anita Atmaram Gavit—expressed their gratitude in their native dialects during the event.

Appointments Given to 63 Youths Across 21 Establishments

During the program, appointment orders were distributed to 63 youths for trainee positions in 21 government institutions in the district under the Chief Minister’s Youth Skill Development Training Scheme.

Live Telecast of the State-Level Event

Following the program, a live telecast of the launch event from Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Badminton Hall, Balewadi, Pune was broadcast to the guests, beneficiaries, and citizens of the state. The event was held under the patronage of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
