Inauguration of New Government Rest House in Satara by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde

Satara : Chief Minister Eknath Shinde inaugurated the new Government Rest House in Satara. On this occasion, he directed that the new rest house be equipped with all necessary amenities.

Present at the event were Guardian Minister Shambhuraj Desai, MLAs Chhatrapati Shivendrasinhraje Bhosale, Jaykumar Gore, Vice President of Krishna Valley Development Corporation Mahesh Shinde, District Collector Jitendra Dudi, Superintendent of Police Sameer Shaikh, CEO of the Zilla Parishad Yashni Nagrajan, Superintendent Engineer of the Public Works Department Santosh Rokde, Executive Engineer Shripad Jadhav, and other officials.

Chief Minister Shinde inspected the new rest house building, stating that it is a beautiful structure located in the Sadar Bazaar area of Satara city. He emphasized the importance of maintaining cleanliness in the surrounding area and ensuring proper upkeep of the building.

About the New Government Rest House…

The Government Rest House in Satara has been expanded with the construction of a new building. The total cost of the project was ₹13.12 crore. The facility includes a multipurpose hall, five general rooms, dining and kitchen areas, reception and waiting rooms, an AV room, a pantry, a storeroom, a VVIP suite, two VIP suites, a conference room, and another storeroom. It is equipped with attractive lighting, a projector, an audio-video system, modern furniture, and televisions in all rooms.
