CM Dr. Yadav Offers Prayers at Prachin Badwale Mahadev Temple of Bhopal

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Sunday attended the programme organised at Prachin Badwale Mahadev Temple of Bhopal on the occasion of Mahashivratri. He extended greetings of Mahashivratri to people and celebrated the festival with devotees attending the programme.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav performed puja-archana and abhishek of Lord Shiva. He participated in the programme with Shiva devotees on the occasion of Mahashivratri. Members of police band and many youths gave traditional presentation with damru group.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav flagged off Shiva Baraat and also pulled the chariot of procession. On this occasion, local citizens joined the procession with enthusiasm and joy. During the programme, the ambience resonated with collective chants of “Har Har Mahadev” and “Jai Mahakal”.

Many public representatives and Shiva devotees also participated in Mahashivratri programme and Shiva Baraat. They included Member of Parliament Shri Alok Sharma, Mayor of Bhopal Smt. Malti Rai, MLA Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani, Shri Ravindra Yati, Shri Rahul Kothari, along with office-bearers and members of Mahashivratri Festival Organising Committee.
