TMS 2.0 to Create a Responsible and Transparent Healthcare System in the State – Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis
TMS 2.0 (Transaction Management System) Launched Today
Mumbai, Feb 2026 : The State Government is making continuous efforts to ensure speedy, transparent, and patient-friendly treatment under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and the Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed confidence that the implementation of the TMS 2.0 system in the state will help establish a transparent, accountable, and easily accessible healthcare system for patients.
At Vidhan Bhavan, Chief Minister Mr. Fadnavis formally launched the online rollout of 2,399 free treatment procedures across 4,537 hospitals in the state under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and the Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jan Arogya Yojana. The TMS 2.0 system will be operational from midnight.
The event was attended by Public Health Minister Prakash Abitkar, Minister of State for Public Health Meghna Bordikar–Sakore, Minister of State Dr. Pankaj Bhoyar, Minister of State Yogesh Kadam, Secretary Dr. Vinayak Nipune, Secretary E. Ravindran, Chief Executive Officer of the Jan Arogya Yojana Chavan, and other senior officials.
About the TMS 2.0 System
Under this system, the entire process—from patient registration to completion of treatment—will be fully digital, transparent, and online. Patient registration will be carried out through an online biometric system. The platform will enable faster treatment approvals and digital tracking of treatment status. Complaints will be addressed through digital artificial intelligence–based monitoring. The complete process of hospital empanelment under the scheme will also be conducted online within prescribed timelines.
Citizens were also urged to contact the helpline numbers 155388 or 1800 233 200 in case of any fraud related to the scheme.
