Massive Turnout on Second Day of the 350th Shaheedi Samagam of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib
Navi Mumbai, March 2026 : A sea of devotees gathered for the second consecutive day at the grand religious programme organised at Owe Maidan in Kharghar to mark the 350th Shaheedi Samagam of Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib under the theme ‘Hind-di-Chadar’. From early morning, long queues of devotees were seen waiting for darshan. Amid resounding chants of “Waheguru” and “Bole So Nihal, Sat Sri Akal,” devotees took the holy darshan of the Guru Granth Sahib.
The entire venue was immersed in a deeply devotional atmosphere. Continuous kirtan, recitation of Gurbani, and prayers added to the spiritual fervour, transforming the surroundings into a profoundly serene and uplifting space.
Excellent Arrangements for Langar and Facilities
The organisers have made meticulous arrangements to ensure the comfort and convenience of devotees. With the coordinated efforts of the administration, volunteers, and various service-oriented organisations, the event has been proceeding smoothly. Devotees from different states across the country, belonging to all faiths, are participating peacefully and with deep reverence.
Comprehensive langar facilities have been arranged, benefiting lakhs of devotees each day. In addition, stalls offering tea, refreshments, juices, and information services have been set up to cater to the needs of visitors.
