CM Dr. Yadav Receives Gratitude from Jain Family for Ensuring Their Safe Return to India
During the ongoing conflict between Iran, Israel and the United States, a Jain family from Ujjain, which had travelled to Sharjah, became stranded abroad. After contacting Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the family was able to return safely to Ujjain due to his special intervention.
On Saturday, during the visit of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav to Ujjain, members of the Jain family welcomed him at the VVIP Guest House and expressed their heartfelt gratitude.
A few days earlier, Shri Ashok Talleya (Jain), a resident of Ujjain, had travelled from Indore to Sharjah on 23 February with his wife Sangeeta Talleya, son Shreyans, daughter-in-law Anjali, and their two-year-old child. The family was scheduled to return on 1 March, but flights were suspended due to the outbreak of war.
The family contacted the Indian Embassy to arrange their return; however, due to long waiting lists, they sought assistance from Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. Acting promptly, the Chief Minister made special efforts that facilitated the family’s departure for India.
Shri Talleya said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the respect and recognition of Indians travelling abroad have increased significantly. He added that the swift return of Indians stranded overseas due to the conflict was possible because of the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Madhya Pradesh Government also made dedicated efforts to ensure the safe return of residents of the state who were stranded abroad due to the conflict.
The family members warmly felicitated Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and expressed their gratitude for his timely intervention. Ujjain Municipal Corporation Chairperson Smt. Kalawati Yadav was also present on the occasion.
