Chief Minister offers prayers at Maa Pateshwari Temple

Lucknow/Balrampur, March 2026 : Gorakshapeethadhishwar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday morning visited the Maa Pateshwari Temple, a revered Shakti Peeth, in Tulsipur and offered prayers.

Chief Minister performed aarti and prayed for a happy, healthy and prosperous Uttar Pradesh. After the prayers, he visited the cowshed where he fed jaggery and fodder to the cows. He also reviewed the arrangements at the temple premises and the cowshed.

Chief Minister arrived Balrampur on Wednesday on a two day visit. During the visit, he stayed overnight at the Maa Pateshwari Temple. He also reviewed the preparations for the upcoming Chaitra Navratri Mela and greeted devotees who had come to the temple. On this occasion, temple mahant Mithilesh Nath Yogi and Ravindra Das were also present.

On Thursday morning, MLA Paltu Ram, Kailash Nath Shukla, District Panchayat Chairperson Aarti Tiwari, Bharatiya Janata Party district president Ravi Mishra and Municipal Chairman Dhirendra Pratap Singh met the Chief Minister.

Chief Minister enquired about their well being and asked them to be present among the people, focus on proper resolution of public issues and ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of government schemes.
