CM Bhajanlal Sharma Offers Prayers at Jwala Mata and Shakambhari Temples

Jaipur, March 2026: Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma offered prayers on Monday on the occasion of Navratri at the Jwala Mata Temple and the Shaktipeeth Shakambhari Mata Temple, praying for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of the state.

At Jwala Mata Temple, priests blessed the Chief Minister by draping him with a ceremonial chunari, while the temple trust welcomed him with a traditional safa and presented a picture of the देवी. He also performed rituals by worshipping young girls symbolizing the nine forms of Goddess Durga and sought their blessings.

The Chief Minister received a grand welcome from the public and farmers at various locations. In Jhotwara and Hathoj, he was greeted with garlands, while farmers at Dhankya Mod presented him with wheat ears. In Kalwad, locals expressed gratitude for the Ram Jal Setu Link Project. He also visited Bajrang Gaushala in Bassi Naga, where he fed jaggery to cows, and paid floral tribute at the statue of Karni Narendra at Jobner Agricultural University. Students interacted with him and expressed thanks for public welfare schemes.

In Phulera, he was welcomed with a ceremonial mace and paid tribute to B. R. Ambedkar by offering flowers at his statue. Villagers in Ringi, Bichoon, and Mokhampura also welcomed him warmly.

Later, the Chief Minister visited the Shakambhari Mata Temple in Sambhar, where he offered prayers and participated in a havan ritual. He also interacted with devotees present at the temple, who expressed enthusiasm upon meeting him.

On his return to Jaipur, he visited the Khedapati Balaji Temple and offered prayers, where priests honored him with a shawl.

Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa and other public representatives and officials were also present on the occasion.
