“Well Done Nikita… Chhattisgarh is Proud of You”: Chief Minister Shri Sai

Raipur, March 2026 : Chhattisgarh’s daughter Nikita delivered an outstanding performance at the Khelo India Tribal Games 2026, earning the state its first gold medal. Nikita achieved this feat in the women’s 77-kilogram weightlifting category by lifting 160 kilograms, bringing national recognition and pride to Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai expressed his delight over this remarkable achievement, extending heartfelt congratulations to Nikita and best wishes for her bright future. The Chief Minister emphasized that this victory is not just a medal but a symbol of the indomitable courage, hard work, and soaring dreams of the daughters of the state.
