Satara Zilla Parishad CEO Honored for Outstanding Performance in 150-Day Service Program

Satara, March 2026 : Under Maharashtra Government’s 150-Day Service Program, designed to evaluate the performance of officials and employees in achieving transparent, dynamic, and good governance, the Satara Zilla Parishad achieved full marks for exemplary work. In recognition of this, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis honored Satara Zilla Parishad Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Yashani Nagarajan.

The event was attended by IT and Cultural Minister Ashish Shelar and Chief Secretary Rajesh Agrawal.

Initially, the program ran from May 6, 2025, to October 2, 2025, but due to flood conditions in several districts, the deadline was extended to January 10, 2026. The program assessed performance across multiple administrative areas, including:

  • Updating all institutional records under the Zilla Parishad
  • Appointing promotions and direct service recruitments across all categories
  • Certification of point-based listings for employees
  • Ensuring 100% compassionate appointments
  • Completion of five online training programs via the IGOT portal by all employees
  • Updating service records of all staff

Satara Zilla Parishad scored 100% (80/80) in this evaluation, securing its place among the top-performing district councils. The award ceremony was held at the Cabinet Hall, Sahyadri Guest House, Malabar Hill, Mumbai, where Mrs. Yashani Nagarajan was presented with a certificate of appreciation.

Expressing her gratitude, Mrs. Nagarajan acknowledged the collective efforts of all department heads, group development officers of all Panchayat Samitis, regional officers, and Zilla Parishad staff. She assured that Satara Zilla Parishad will continue to participate in state-run competitions and programs, further enhancing its reputation through consistent high performance.
