‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ Smashes Box Office with ₹1,365 Crore Global Collection
Mumbai, March 2026 : Filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s action spectacle Dhurandhar: The Revenge starring Ranveer Singh has emerged as one of the biggest cinematic successes of the year, raking in a massive ₹1,365 crore worldwide within just 11 days of its release on March 19.
The film’s remarkable box office performance highlights Dhar’s ability to deliver large-scale, high-impact entertainers that resonate with audiences across both domestic and international markets. Backed by Jio Studios, the film has maintained a strong hold even beyond its opening week.
According to official figures shared by the production banner, the film has collected ₹867 crore in India net box office collections (NBOC). After a record-breaking first week haul of ₹637 crore, the film continued its impressive run with steady daily earnings—₹53 crore on Day 8, ₹42 crore on Day 9, ₹64 crore on Day 10, and ₹71 crore on Day 11.
Globally, the film has grossed ₹1,365 crore, including ₹1,023 crore from India and ₹342 crore from overseas markets, underlining its widespread appeal. The production house described the film as one that “owns the moment, the screen, and the world,” reflecting the scale of its success.
The film is the second installment in the Dhurandhar franchise, following the success of the first part, which was released on December 5, 2025, and crossed ₹1,000 crore worldwide within three weeks. The sequel builds on that momentum with an even grander narrative and scale.
Apart from Ranveer Singh, the film features a strong ensemble cast including Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Gaurav Gera, among others.
The storyline continues the journey of an undercover Indian intelligence agent navigating complex criminal and political networks in Karachi while seeking to avenge the 26/11 attacks and counter emerging threats. Like its predecessor, the film draws inspiration from multiple real-world geopolitical events in South Asia, adding depth and realism to its narrative.
With a runtime of 229 minutes, Dhurandhar: The Revenge is among the longest Indian films ever made, yet its gripping storyline and high-octane action sequences have kept audiences engaged.
As the film continues its theatrical run across multiple languages, its record-breaking performance has firmly established it as a landmark blockbuster in contemporary Indian cinema.
