‘MahaNiti’ Platform Launched by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis

Mumbai, April 2026 : An integrated system named ‘MahaNiti’ has been developed by MITRA (Maharashtra Institution for Transformation) to accelerate Maharashtra’s economy towards the $1 trillion target. The platform was inaugurated by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at his official residence ‘Varsha’.

The event was attended by Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Lokesh Chandra, Principal Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Shrikar Pardeshi, CEO of MITRA Praveen Pardeshi, Director General of BISAG-N Dr. T. P. Singh, Senior Advisor to MITRA Dr. Viraj Loliyana, Research Officer Sumeran Balsekar, and other officials.

The system is based on the concept of ‘Chief Minister Gati Shakti’ and aims to develop a comprehensive information system covering natural resources and various assets. It will also be used for planning, implementation, and monitoring of different projects.
