Protect Humanity While Acquiring Valuable Knowledge – Union Minister Nitin Gadkari

Amravati : Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari emphasized the importance of preserving humanity while acquiring valuable knowledge with the help of new technology. Speaking at the closing ceremony of the silver jubilee celebrations of Sipna College of Engineering Technology, Gadkari urged individuals to balance their pursuit of knowledge and career success with their duties as responsible citizens.

The event, held at the school’s premises near Nemani Godown, featured guidance from Gadkari and was organized by Arvindji alias Bhau Limaye. Jagdish Gupta, President of SIPNA Prasarak Education Board, and Principal Sanjay Kherde were also present.

Gadkari highlighted that the Sipna Prasarak Shikshan Mandal is celebrating its silver jubilee year, and many students have benefited from its programs. He encouraged students to convert their research, skills, and knowledge into practical work to achieve progress. Gadkari advised students to continuously experiment with knowledge, research, and technology while also learning to take risks. He stressed the importance of willpower and urged them to demonstrate eloquence, achievement, and leadership.

Gadkari also spoke about the role of farmers as energy providers rather than just food suppliers and emphasized the priority being given to agricultural business. He discussed the development of ‘Smart Villages’ and the use of new technologies like ethanol, biodiesel, and electric vehicles to improve lives and save money. He noted that India is currently the fifth largest economy in the world and highlighted the importance of economic and social equity in strengthening the country’s economy.

Students were encouraged to focus on ‘Need-Based Research’ and address the needs of rural areas. Gadkari pointed out that small innovations, such as using cow dung for paint or ethanol for fuel, can lead to significant changes. He also mentioned the shift from human rickshaws to e-rickshaws and e-carts and urged students to become job creators rather than job seekers by embracing new technology.

Jagdish Gupta provided an overview of the Sipna Prasarak Education Board’s journey and progress, noting that new technology is being used to enhance the organization’s development. He urged students to leverage these advancements and maintain social consciousness alongside their academic knowledge. Gupta emphasized the importance of strong associations for achieving success in life and encouraged students to build meaningful connections.

A film showcasing the development of the organization was presented during the silver jubilee celebration. Principal Sanjay Kherde inaugurated the program, and Dr. Vishal Rathi and Neha Rathi were thanked for their contributions.
