Under the Niyad Nellnar scheme, schemes reached the remote village Mohndi of Narayanpur

Narayanpur district administration organized a camp for the first time in the remote village of Mohndi under the ‘Niyad Nellnar Yojana’ (Your Good Village Scheme) launched by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai to provide the benefits of basic amenities and welfare schemes in the Maoist-affected areas. Under this scheme, 14 new security camps have been set up in the Maoist-affected areas, under which the villagers are being provided the benefits of more than 25 basic amenities and 32 person-oriented schemes in the villages situated within a radius of five kilometers.

A large number of villagers participated in the Revenue Fortnight Camp organized in the dependent village Mohndi of Gram Panchayat Kutul in Orchha development block of Narayanpur district. Important documents like caste certificate, residence certificate, income certificate, birth certificate, death certificate and old age pension scheme forest rights certificate were distributed and applications were taken in the camp. Applications were received for 12 caste certificates, 15 residence certificates, 12 income certificates, 16 birth certificates and 26 Aadhar cards in the camp. Also, 16 birth certificates, one death certificate and 3 certificates of old age pension scheme were distributed in the camp. District administration and public representatives were present on this occasion. This Niyyad Nellnar scheme is an important step to realize the Chief Minister’s resolve to benefit people from government schemes in Maoist-affected areas. This effort of the government is proving to be a milestone in bringing positive change in the lives of the villagers of remote forest areas.
