Meeting of Maa Bageshwari Devi Lokanyas Kudargarh Trust concluded

Today, a meeting was held in the Collectorate hall under the chairmanship of Chairman Lok Nyasa Trust Kudargarh and Collector Mr. Rohit Vyas regarding the preparation of Maa Bageshwari Devi Lok Nyasa Trust Kudargarh Kwar Navratri Mela arrangements. SDM Mr. J N Verma, Tehsildar, District CEO Odgi, Trust members, public representatives, department officials and employees were present in this meeting.

In this meeting, a decision was taken regarding implementation after discussing point wise so that the devotees do not face any kind of problem in conducting the fair and visiting the temple during the upcoming Kwar Navratri. In which the amount received and spent in the previous Navratri was discussed. Detailed discussions were held on cleanliness arrangements, laying of pipeline for supply of water to the temple through the PHE department for drinking water, repair work of Dharamshala building and toilets for the stay of the travelers, electricity arrangements, security arrangements. In the meeting, the committee member gave instructions to repair the VIP route and ensure parking arrangements to make traffic smooth and safe.

In the meeting, Collector Shri Vyas said that keeping in mind the faith of the devotees, proper arrangements should be made so that no one faces any problem. He said that special attention should be paid to the arrangements of drinking water, toilets, parking and security etc. He instructed the health and police departments to be prepared to deal with any sudden disaster. He said that it is everyone’s moral responsibility to make the Kwar Navratri Mela a success, so everyone should perform their duties vigilantly. Along with this, he instructed to start live temple darshan from the first day of this Navratri.
