Propelling Madhya Pradesh forward by resolving Industry Sector Issues : CM Dr. Yadav
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that addressing the challenges faced by the industrial sector will propel Madhya Pradesh forward, including advancements in the pharmaceutical sector. He assured that the state government will make every effort to foster entrepreneurship and industrial growth. Dr. Yadav highlighted the importance of ensuring employment for all and encouraging participation in the development of job-oriented industries. He also stressed the need to find ways to increase income while reducing expenses. Dr. Yadav was addressing the Investor Conference organized by the Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bhopal on Tuesday. During the event, the newly elected President of the Federation, Shri Deepak Sharma, assumed office. Shri Sharma noted that the industrial policies of the Madhya Pradesh government have received praise from international representatives.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Madhya Pradesh government has emphasized on setting up such industries which can provide maximum employment. This will provide employment to the youth of the state and will also boost the economy. Division level industry conclaves are being held in the state. There are immense possibilities of development of industries in every division, as well as entrepreneurship is also present in every sector. Efforts to make the most of these possibilities will continue.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav remarked that India maintained its self-respect even during periods of subjugation. He recalled Swami Vivekananda’s vision for India’s revival 105 years ago. Post-independence, India faced challenges such as procuring wheat and endured hardships under certain Prime Ministers. Decisions like mortgaging gold abroad led to public discontent. However, the past decade has significantly elevated India’s global stature. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has propelled India’s economy from the eleventh to the fifth position, with aspirations to soon become the third largest economy. Indians, both domestically and internationally, hold Prime Minister Modi in high regard. His ability to adapt to changing times has earned him accolades from numerous world leaders.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav assured the officials of Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry that industrial institutions of various sectors will get full support from the state government. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav initially felicitated the former President of the Federation, Shri RS Goswami for playing the role of a bridge by coordinating between the industries and the state government. The new President of the Federation, Shri Deepak Sharma, gave the welcome speech. He said that the facilities given to the industries by Prime Minister Shri Modi are also appreciated at the global level. Principal Secretary Chief Minister’s Office and Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Shri Raghvendra Kumar Singh and a large number of Federation officials and representatives of other organisations were present in the programme.
