Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Takes Disciplinary Action Against State Service Officers—Dismisses Lecturer Accused in RAS Recruitment Exam Paper Leak

Jaipur : The state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, is committed to transparent, accountable, and corruption-free governance. In line with this commitment, and to ensure transparency in state government competitive examinations, Shri Sharma has ordered the dismissal of a lecturer accused of leaking the RAS Preliminary Examination 2013 paper. This action has been taken under the Political Public Examinations (Prohibition of Unfair Means) Act, 1992.

Additionally, the Chief Minister has approved a complaint against 12 officials involved in the Jal Jeevan Mission case, under Section 17-A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018, granting prior approval for a detailed inquiry and investigation.

Furthermore, Shri Sharma has decided to suspend the pay increments of several officers, having approved the certified charges in four disciplinary cases conducted under Rule 16 of the CCA against both serving and retired officers.
