Beneficiaries Honored by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde Share Their Joy at the Event
Nanded : In a celebratory event held at the Agricultural Produce Bazar Samiti grounds in Nawa Mondha, Nanded district, beneficiaries of various government schemes were honored by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde as part of the Women’s Empowerment Mission. The recipients expressed that being recognized by the Chief Minister was an unforgettable experience.
One of the beneficiaries, Kavita Mokale, a BEd student, shared how the government’s “Free Higher Education Scheme for Girls” has made her dream of becoming a teacher achievable. She noted that previously, her parents struggled to pay the 50% tuition fees despite the subsidy. Now, with the 100% fee waiver, her education is fully supported, and she feels empowered to pursue her goals.

Through the Chief Minister’s Youth Training Scheme, young people, including disabled students from local special schools, have secured employment. School principal Nitin Nirmal expressed gratitude on behalf of students who are now financially independent.
Similarly, tribal women like Jijabai Dhurve and Shashikala Atram have benefited from the Chief Minister’s “Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana,” receiving financial aid that has strengthened their economic stability.
Other initiatives, such as the “Lake Ladki Yojana” and “Baliraja Free Power Concession Scheme,” have also provided significant support, with many expressing deep appreciation for the government’s efforts to enhance the well-being and empowerment of women and their families.
