Indo – Japan Friendship

Kolkata : At the coveted Press Club of Kolkata, was held the illustrious India-Japan Friendship along-with the role of Rashbehari Bose in the consolidation of this institution named ‘friendship’. The saga of the acquaintance between both these countries commenced long back in the middle of the twentieth century – when Japan and India signed a peace treaty and established diplomatic relations on 28th April, 1952. This treaty was one of the first peace treaties that Japan had signed after World War II.
During an exclusive interview with the writer, his goodself the Honourable Consular General of Japan – Mr. Nakagawa Koichi has reiterated that the foundation of this voluntary relationship, his country upholds with India, is the egalitarian yet dyadic characteristics.

He informed, what proves to be transcending, is that, it is the Indian Bengalees & Bengalees dwelling in different cultural parametres across the globe share a unique enthralling bonding with the Japanese people encompassing both their culinary food fantasies – “Macchhi Bhhaat, Fish & Rice”.
When asked; what is the Government of Japan’s immediate & far of plans in strengthening the philosophies of Rashbehari Bose, and the Indian National Army (INA), Mr. Nakagawa Koichi humbly responded that – the newly elected Prime Minister of Japan, His Excellency Mr. Shigeru Ishiba has had bilateral discussions with the Honourable Prime Minister of India – Mr. Narendra Modi at theIndia-ASEAN Summit in Vientiane, Laos. The modalities are under consideration, which shall be defined in the near future.
The function began with the National Anthem of Azad Hind Fauz sang by Mr. Souryadip Roy, followed by the inaugural speech by Mr. Kalyan Kumar Chakrabortty, who urged the august audience to be impartial about the fake narratives, in the other hand learn the prophecies of Rashbehari Bose who had strongly advocated that, “India’s link with Japan are well balanced in the field of cultural, social, and economic spheres, and also reaffirming the fact that Friendship between the two countries has a long history rooted in spiritual affinity, and strong cultural & civilisation ties. Finally, he has thanked Japan for considering India to be the favourite destination in Asia for its Direct Investment.
Mr. Chakrabortty had catapulted the omnipotence of the pathbreaking biography “APARAJEYA RASHBEHARI” by Mr. Shamik Swapan Ghosh, providing an impeccable insight about the understanding of India’s Independence Movement, and the role Rashbehari Bose had demonstrated with his shrewd acumen.

The audience packed auditorium witnessed a thundering applaud after Mr. Amitabha Karkun had illustrated the ammunitions used by the Indian National Army while combating the British Forces. The ammunitions were unique, equally modern in comparison to the period in which they were used. The deliverables were transformative leaving the spectators amused and spell bound.
The Chief Guest, His Excellency, the Consular General while addressing the audience spoke on several aspects of the battle fought by the Indian National Army under the stewardship of Rashbehari Bose, also emphasising the necessity of a long-term Indo-Japanese collaboration for mutual benefits.

Her highness Mrs. Nakagawa Yayoi, wife of the Consular General coined her gratitude to Mr. Kalyan Chakrabortty and Rashbehari Research Institute for their relentless endeavour in promoting cultural manifestations.

It was now the time for the launch of the duology “APARAJEYA RASHBEHARI”. The author Mr. Shamik Swapan Ghosh, and the publisher “Parulboi” jointly presented the books to the guests of the rostrum. The author while delivering the vote of thanks vividly described the intrigue journey in which he had delved for the creation of a path breaking quintessential.

Eminent author’s, Amar Mitra, and Barid Baran Ghosh stressed upon the possession of such a biography which would be a trendsetting pathfinder for the generations to come, who would be enthusiastic and ardent about, the truth hidden in an unknown saga of the patriot Rashbehari Bose, and also the factual contents of the revolution known as INA.
